Rules and Guidelines of the Centre

Does the Centre make Reports?

Westwood House offers Supported Contact only so no reports or assessments are made. We record dates and times of contact and these are shared as requested. Should there be a safeguarding concern during contact then this would be recorded and reported.

Is my information kept confidential?

We are fully compliant with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) so your information is kept confidential and is never shared with any third party without your prior permission. Only in the instance of a safeguarding concern could this change.

Are there any rules?

There are some rules and guidelines in place to ensure that children and families attending the centre are safe and can enjoy their time in contact. These are discussed with you at Preliminary Interview. There is no smoking or use of alcohol or drugs (except prescription medication) allowed in the centre.
